Once you have your Vir2 library folder downloaded and extracted, save it to a location of your choosing.
Launch Kontakt Player
Select ‘Add Library’ from the Libraries tab
Navigate to the location where your Vir2 library folder is saved, and choose it.
Be sure to choose the whole library folder, not its contents.
Once the Vir2 library is in your Instrument rack, select ‘Activate’ from the upper right-hand corner of the instrument. This will launch your NI Service Center
Log into your NI account (or create one), and enter the serial number you received. This will activate your library!
The samples are licensed, not sold to you, the individual end user, by Vir2 Instruments. This non-exclusive, non-transferable license is granted only to the individual end user who has purchased an unopened, new, and lawfully made copy of this product from a dealer or distributor authorized by Vir2 Instruments. All samples remain the property of Vir2 Instruments and are licensed only for use in the creation of a live or recorded performance that includes the licensed samples as part of a derivative musical work created by the licensed end user. This license expressly forbids resale, rental, loan, gift, or transfer of these samples in any format or via any medium, except as part of a derivative musical work. The samples may not be included, whether unmodified or as part of a derivative work, in any sample library product. Any unlicensed usage will be prosecuted to the maximum extent possible under the law.
We encourage the storage of your Vir2 library content on an external drive, at least USB 2.0, 7200 RPM. Once your samples have been stored externally, the ‘Add Library’ function in Kontakt Player can locate the library folder where you have saved it.
Acoustic Legends HD is a great entry level acoustic guitar VI, and boasts a huge 20 GB library of sounds. It has chord bank and chromatically-sampled single-note patches. Acou6tics is the best way to harness a full performance guitar.
